Speaking for Leave will be Cllr Chris Steward (Leader of City of York Council but speaking in a personal capacity) and Julie Moody (UK Regional Director, Business for Britain).
Rachael Maskell (MP for York Central) and Lord Wallace of Saltaire (Lib Dem Peer) will be speaking for Remain.
